Okla. takes comfort in Georgetown Comfort Suites

GEORGETOWN – The Comfort Suites located at 11 Waters Edge Circle has been sold to an Oklahoma-based hotel investment group. The three-story, 41,414-sf hotel was sold by Akdant LP. The hotel has 69 rooms and averages an occupancy rate of 70 percent.

Built in 2005, hotel amenities include a lobby sitting area, breakfast room, meeting room, business center, fitness room and an indoor pool
