New Beaumont Event Centre a delight

BEAUMONT – The $10 million Beaumont Event Centre — located at 700 Crockett St. — has officially opened. The 16,000-sf facility replaces the aging and hurricane-damaged Harvest Club.

The facility includes a permanent stage, dressing rooms, catering area and outdoor canopies. The 14,000-sf roof canopy overlooks a two-acre lake. There’s also a 3,800 sf roof canopy with a platform stage that overlooks a 12-acre park.

The Event Centre is already booked through next year.
