ROWLETT - Griffin-American Healthcare REIT II Inc. has acquired a 13-building portfolio, known as the Pacific Northwest Senior Care Portfolio, as well as an additional seven medical office buildings for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $103 million.
Three of the seven additional medical office buildings are located in Texas. Those properties sold for a total of $12.3 million.
The 16,000-sf Rowlett Medical Office Building is a single-story building constructed in 2005 and located at 5501 Gordon Smith Dr. The medical office building is 100 percent leased to three tenants, including Texas Health Resources.
The Killeen, Rowlett and Temple properties were acquired from Caddis Partners.
