DALLAS – MoneyGram International has added 9,127 sf to its Dallas headquarters in Harwood International’s 2828 office building, bringing the total to about 55,000 sf. The deal takes the 220,661-sf, Class AA office tower, located at 2828 N. Harwood, to 99 percent occupancy.
Built in 2000, the 20-story 2828 is the fourth phase in the Harwood District. The district as a whole is now 96 percent occupied.
