PegasusAblon, Lionstone buy Preston Center building

DALLAS – PegasusAblon, in partnership with Lionstone Group, has bought the 8300 Douglas building in Preston Center.

The property, exceeding 100,000 sf, is just east of the Dallas North Tollway and was sold by Parmenter Realty Partners.

The property is valued for taxes at $11.2 million. Parmenter bought the building in 2004 and spent $3.8 million on upgrades. At the time the building was 41 percent leased, now the property is substantially leased with tenants including Match.com.
