Baylor Medical Center goes Mission Critical with $31M buy

DALLAS – Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT has acquired the 62,000-sf Baylor Medical Center, located at 3500 Gaston Ave. in Dallas, for $31 million. The medical center, which has been in operation since January 2011, features 24 in-patient beds, six operating suites, a four-room emergency department.

Tenants include Baylor Health Care System and United Surgical Partners International.
