THE WOODLANDS – Nordstrom Inc. and Chicago-based General Growth Properties Inc. have plans to bring a full-line Nordstrom store to The Woodlands Mall.
The two-level, 138,000-sf store is slated to open fall 2014 and will be the company’s fourth Houston store. It will be located at Sears’ current site.
Other anchor department stores in the 1.3 million-sf mall are Macy’s, Dillard’s and JC Penney.
Nordstrom currently operates the Houston Galleria store, Nordstrom Rack at Centre at Post Oak, and the Market at Town Center Rack.
