TOMBALL, MAGNOLIA - Developers are being attracted to the Tomball, Magnolia area due to its large amount of undeveloped land.

Tomball

Construction is underway at Reserve at Spring Lake. Located one mile from downtown, the 95 planned home sites, ranging from one to five acres, will be available for purchase starting late September with move-ins expected to begin early 2013. Princeton Class Homes has been chosen as the homebuilder for the development.

Outside the city limits off Telge Rd., Willow Creek Ranch is set to have high end custom homes ready to move into by mid to late 2013.

Magnolia

Magnolia Legacy Trust is moving ahead with plans for a mixed-use commercial and residential housing development on an 1,100-acre site east of the Magnolia Ridge subdivision on FM 1488.

Realtors in Magnolia have seen an uptick in the number of people looking for home rentals in the $650 to $850 price range. In Magnolia ISD, there are 30 homes for rent as of late August 2012, and most are priced at more than $1,200 a month, with a third priced at more than $2,000.
