Spec’s sets up distribution hub, regional office in Dallas

DALLAS – Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods plans to set up its North Texas regional distribution hub in a 31,502-sf warehouse building on Olympic Dr. near I-35 and NW Hwy.

The wine retailer has been expanding its presence throughout the DFW area and has more than 140 store locations in Texas.

Spec’s opened a 45,000-sf superstore at N. Central Expy. and Walnut Hill Ln., and soon recognized its need for a distribution and regional offices in North Texas.
