State Farms leases 400,000 SF at Regent Commons

IRVING – State Farm Insurance has signed a lease for 400,000 sf at Regent Commons at 3950 and 4000 Regent Blvd.

The company plans to use the space as an expansion of its customer service operations.

It is the second major North Texas expansion announcement by State Farm in the past month. That 291,000-sf facility will be at 1011 Galatyn Pkwy.
