HOUSTON - JPMorgan Chase Tower, 600 Travis St., is more than 96 percent leased.

Companies have signed renewals, expansions and new leases totaling nearly 150,000 sf in Houston's tallest building. Texas Tower Ltd. owns the 75-story, 1.7 million-sf building.

Linn Energy, which has 300 employees in Houston, has grown to 175,000 sf after expanding by 58,944 sf. The lease has grown substantially since the company initially leased 3,044 sf seven years ago.

Other deals included:

  • Breitburn Energy Partners expanded by 22,561 sf, bringing its total to 66,045 sf;
  • Indigo Minerals and M2 Midstream renewed their lease for 21,900 sf;
  • Denham Capital Management renewed its lease for 13,191 sf;
  • Crest Investment Co. renewed its lease for 11,493 sf; and
  • KKR expanded by 9,286 sf for a total of 23,291 sf.
