ARLINGTON – Ashley Furniture Home Store has signed a 50,000-sf renewal at 1520-1540 W. I-20 with landlord Voga Trading Co. Inc.
The single-story 87,857-sf, Class B retail building is called Cooper Street Annex. The freestanding property was built in 1994 and is in the South Arlington submarket.
