KATY – Freeway Properties is developing Katy Ranch Crossing, a development that will include retail space, medical and business offices and apartment homes. 

Located at the southeast corner of I-10 and Katy-Fort Bend Rd., the first phase, now under construction, will include 200,000 sf of retail space and 260 high-end residential apartments.

Main Event, a family entertainment venue, will be one of the main anchor tenants and is working toward opening by end of 2012.

The first phase is 80 percent leased with construction expected to be complete mid-2013.

The second phase of the project will include 300,000 sf of retail space, which will include restaurants and medical offices. The third and fourth phases of the project include the construction of 250,000 to 300,000 sf of office buildings and an additional 350 luxury apartments.

The entire project is expected to be complete by 2016.
