Hardin breaks ground on Riverplace Medical Plaza

AUSTIN – Hardin Construction Co. LLC has broken ground on the Riverplace Medical Plaza at 6611 Riverplace Blvd. in northwest Austin. The three-story, 36,000-sf building is being developed by Onair Development.

Cost of construction is estimated at $2.8 million, according to state filings.

Tenants will include imaging, urgent care, pain management, physical therapy and others. Completion is scheduled for mid-2013.
