AUSTIN – The Domain Parkside in Northwest Austin is accepting its first residents. The 543-unit complex, located at 3001 Esperanza Crossing, is part of the Domain mixed-use project. Columbus Realty Partners in Dallas is the developer on the project.
About 8 percent of the units have already been leased, with rents ranging from $895 for a 497-sf studio to $1,786 for the largest two-bedroom unit of about 1,230 sf.
