HOUSTON – The $11.2 million, 26,000-sf Autumn Leaves assisted-living facility, 1725 Eldridge Pkwy., is set to break ground in mid-October 2012.

The LaSalle Group’s ninth project in Houston is expected to require 155 construction workers for the job and create 45 assisted-living staff positions. The facility will be geared toward residents with memory impairments.

A different facility, Autumn Leaves of Cy-Fair, is expected to open October 2012, the third to Autumn Leaves facility to open this year.
