Envoy Mortgage renews HQ space in Houston

HOUSTON – Envoy Mortgage Ltd. has signed a 30,907-sf headquarters lease renewal and expansion at the Halbouty Center, 5100 Westheimer Rd.

The company, which will now remain in the property until 2018, re-signed for two spaces on the third and fifth floors for a total of 25,127 sf. The tenant also expanded into 5,780 sf on the fifth.

The five-story, 109,095-sf, Class B office building was built in 1973 and is in the Galleria/Uptown submarket.
