Beaumont’s Stoneleigh adding 112 units

BEAUMONT – The Stoneleigh apartment complex on Major Dr. is expanding to add three-bedroom units.

The expansion will add 112 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, taking up 5.17 acres. Carports and storage units also will be added.

Monthly rates at Stoneleigh on Major range from $700 to $1,000. There is a residency waiting list until October.

Completed in July 2011, the 176-unit development between Folsom and SH 105 will complete its Phase II expansion by April 2013.
