Construction to begin on $1.6M Los Fresnos annex

LOS FRESNOS – Construction is set to start soon on the $1.6 million Los Fresnos annex building. The site is located off SH 100 at 745 W. Ocean Blvd. The work will be done within 300 days.

The departments to be housed at the annex building include the Tax Assessor-Collector’s office, justice of the peace and constable’s office, according to Pete Sepulveda Jr., the county administrator.

There is an annex building in Los Fresnos at the present which will be sold.
