HOUSTON – Work is now underway on a second building at BLVD Place, at 1800 Post Oak Blvd. near the Galleria.
The new building will total 211,000 sf of office, restaurant and shop space.
The site will include a 48,500-sf Whole Foods Market. The grocery store is expected to open summer 2014.
The first BLVD Place building, completed in 2009, contains 70,000 sf in four stories.
Apache Corp. acquired nearly a third of the acreage as reported in June 2012.
