WICHITA FALLS – The 4.7-acre tract purchased this week at 4810 Kemp Blvd. will become the new home to an Advanced Healthcare Solutions center.

The new 180-bed complex will replace two existing facilities, the Monterey Care Center and River Oaks Care Center, according to Paula Clifton with Advanced Healthcare Solutions Texas.

Tentative plans call for breaking ground in the next 60 days. It probably will range from 25,000 to 30,000 sf and be a two-story structure.

Currently, Monterey has 85 beds and River Oaks has about 50.

Combined, there are some 130 employees.
