KILLEEN – The 58,300-sf Expressway Plaza shopping center at 1500 Lowes Blvd. has been sold. The 12-acre property was 100 percent leased at the time of the sale and is located next to Walmart, Lowe’s and Kohl’s.
Expressway Plaza Master LTD sold the property to Morris Venture Partners, according to the Bell County Appraisal District. The listed price of the property was $6.75 million.
Nick Tarantino of Tarantino Properties Inc.’s Austin office represented the seller.
