Landmark buys, renames 354-unit Webster Apartments

WEBSTER – Landmark Apartment Trust of America Inc. has acquired the former Gardens at Challenger Park multifamily complex, 1799 FM 528, from Dolhar Enterprises Inc.

The buyer has renamed the 354-unit, 313,414-sf apartment community as Landmark at Emerson Park. The Class A asset consists of one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 650 to 1,219 sf. The property was constructed in 2009 and is 98 percent occupied, as of August 30, 2012.
