Custer’s 444 units march to Allen

ALLEN – The 444-unit Custer Ridgeview Apartments are now underway at 1300 N. Custer Rd. The $50 million, nine-building apartment complex will offer one- to three-bedroom units with up to two baths, and an average of 943 sf each.

There will be 90 attached garages and 42 detached garage spaces.

The 19-acre site is located at the northeast corner of Custer Rd. and Ridgeview Dr., just south of the Sam Rayburn Tollway (formerly known as SH 121).

The first units are expected to be available for lease May 2013, according to developers TDI Real Estate Holdings LLC and Catlyn Capital Corp. of Dallas.
