AUSTIN – Two new retail centers — or 43,500 sf — will soon fill the final void at The Shops at Avery Ranch, at the corner of Avery Ranch Blvd. and Parmer Ln.
Deals have already been signed with Kidspa Austin, Avery Ranch Dance & Yoga, Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt, Realty Austin, Tony C’s Pizza & Wine Bar, The League Kitchen & Tavern and Time Masters Clock & Watch Repair.
The new shops are expected to be open by November.
