New offices coming to old Parkland campus

DALLAS – Crow Holdings look to expand its fully leased Old Parkland business park with three new buildings totaling 110,000 sf. Located off the Dallas North Tollway at Oak Lawn and Maple Ave., the new buildings will be developed on the west side of the property.

Construction on an underground parking garage is underway, and once completed, the first two of the three office buildings will break ground.

The largest of the three, Parkland Hall, will be 50,000 sf, while the other two will total about 30,000 sf. each. Once fully completed, the entire district will be approximately 450,000 sf.
