$2.6M jewel added to Lubbock’s Crown

LUBBOCK – Crown Point Health Suites, located at 6640 Iola Ave., will be adding an additional 30 beds to the Diamond House. The addition will bring the total beds to 108. The project will add approximately 27,860 sf and has an estimated cost of $2.6 million, according to state licensing.

Estimated completion for the project is April 2013. All 30 beds will be private suites.

In addition to the Diamond Household development, there will be an expansion of the Therapy Gym by 1,300 sf.
