Investcorp put up its Dukes in Frisco

FRISCO – New York-based Investcorp purchased the 160,000-sf Duke Bridges III building at 7460 Warren Pkwy. The three-story building was built by Duke Realty and opened in 2008. Software firm Oracle America Inc. is a major tenant in the project.

The Frisco property was one of four buildings in a $140 million purchase encompassing over 900,000 sf.

In 2010, Wells Core Office Income REIT Inc. paid $49 million to buy the adjoining Duke Bridges I & II office buildings.
