Velocis scoops up second Houston office property

HEDWIG VILLAGE – Velocis recently bought 190,000 sf of Class A office space on 8.3 acres at 950 and 952 Echo Lane near I-10.

The company plans to invest some capital in the 59,245-sf 950 Echo Lane and the 128,703-sf 952 Echo Lane. The two buildings were built in the 1980s and are appraised at $21 million. the property is currently 90 percent occupied.
