NEW BRAUNFELS – National Flight Services is moving its aircraft engine repair facility from San Antonio to New Braunfels where it expects to break ground early next month on a $1.2 million facility. Officials say the relocation should be complete in mid-April.

The transfer will take National to a 20,000-sf hangar and engine maintenance facility with an engine test cell at New Braunfels Regional Airport.

New Braunfels provided the company with $100,000 for relocation expenses and a $300,000 loan as part of the relocation package.
