Legacy adds assisted living in Cedar Park

CEDAR PARK – PinPoint Commercial LP and Thrive Senior Living have announced plans to break ground on a new 90-bed assisted-living facility next year.

The Legacy at Crystal Falls will go up at the entrance of the Crystal Falls subdivision at the northwest corner of Lakeline Blvd. and Crystal Falls Pkwy.

The property will include a restaurant, movie theater, store, gym, spa and other amenities.

The living facility is part of an $80 million development package that includes four other assisted-living facilities.
