LUBBOCK – The former Sam’s Club at 4304 W. Loop 289 is slated to open in mid-October as a new Garden Ridge, according to Richard Otwell, constractor with Axiom Construction.

The building, with an area of approximately 116,000 sf, was renovated and its interior partitions were demolished. The estimated construction cost is about $42,000.
