ODESSA – The Mission at Llano Estacado has been issued a new residential permit from Ector County for a $12.3 million, 216-unit apartment complex.
The complex — which will be located on the northwest corner of Faudree Rd. and Hwy. 191 — will begin development in third quarter 2012, according to Oakwood Development & Consulting.
