Northfolk Shopping Center’s $2M makeover and anchor

AUSTIN – The Northfork Shopping Center near US 183 and RM 620 in Northwest Austin will soon be anchored by Chair King as part of $2 million, 165,000-sf renovation.

The furniture store is expected to open in November as part of the first phase of renovations.

The second phase of construction, which will begin in November and be complete by February, will improve the northern shopping strip to create a consistent, more modern look.
