LMS Properties acquires Fort Worth warehouse

FORT WORTH – LMS Properties has purchased a 67,070-sf industrial warehouse complex located at 9001 S. Fwy. The property has an appraised value of $1.04 million, according to the Tarrant County Appraisal District.

The building has 12,000 sf of office space and approximately three acres of unimproved land.

Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the sale, and are in charge of leasing efforts.
