New look for Tyler’s Olde English Village

TYLER – Woodcrest Capital LLC is giving a facelift to Olde English Village, located at 3400 S. Broadway Ave.

The four 22,000-sf buildings on the property are receiving renovations including adding towers to give more depth and character.

Construction crews also are finishing out retail and office spaces within each building.

When the company purchased the 1970s shopping center in 2011 only 11 of the 21 units on the property were occupied. The 21 spaces have been made into 44 new suites without adding any extra square footage.

Available floor plans will include 950 sf, 1,250 sf, 1,800 sf, 2,500 sf; and 5,000 sf lease spaces. All suites have ADA (American Disability Association) compliant bathrooms, as well as new electrical and HVAC systems.

Construction expected to be complete by Thanksgiving. The exterior renovations alone were estimated to cost $700,000.
