LAREDO – With construction still underway on the $17.3 million La Terraza in Lomas del Sur, 50 percent of the complex has been rented. The 128-unit, eight-building apartment complex — located at 3201 S. Ejido Ave. — offers one, two, three and four bedrooms.
The 130,000-sf complex was developed by City of Laredo and the NRP Group.
To qualify for the Lomas del Sur housing project, applicants must have a steady job as a primary requirement.
