HOUSTON – HI E&C International Corp. has signed a lease for 52,148 sf at 1080 Eldridge Pkwy. with Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors.
The 350,000-sf, Class A office building was constructed in 2009 and is in the Katy Freeway West submarket.
The tenant is a Houston-based engineering and construction company is a member of the IHI Corp. Group of Tokyo. It serves the oil and gas processing, refining, chemical and petrochemical industries.
