Goodwill 124,000 SF at Kelly Trade in Austin

AUSTIN – Goodwill Industries of Central Texas has officially become an owner at Kelly Trade Center II after being a tenant there for two years. The organization acquired the 124,200-sf industrial building at 6505 Burleson Rd. as well as an adjacent 3.5-acre parcel for expansion.

The charity has been able to house a job assistance center and community meeting rooms as well as retail and warehouse space.

Because of their success with the location, Goodwill is planning to expand operations on the 3.5-acre parcel.
