Grand Prairie grants tax abatement to Restoration Furniture

GRAND PRAIRIE – The Grand Prairie City Council has authorized Restoration Hardware Inc. to build an 850,000-sf distribution center at SH 161 and W. Pioneer Pkwy. for a total of $32 million. The council approved a nine-year, 75 percent partial tax abatement.

The new Grand Prairie warehouse is the latest in a string of new distribution building deals in North Texas. Cosmetics firm L’Oreal is bringing a major warehouse to Far South Dallas, as reported by New Talk Texas.
