HOUSTON – Steel Castle Property Partners has purchased the 390-unit Carrington Park Apartments, located on 30 acres at 15335 Park Row, at auction.

The Class A multifamily property, in Houston’s energy corridor, was built in 2004 and is 95 percent occupied. Rents range from $819 to $1,299 for one- to three-bedroom units that range in size from 740 to 1,559 sf.
