H-Town calls on Alta units in Big D

DALLAS – The three-story, 106-unit Alta Henderson apartment community at Belmont Ave. and Henderson Ave. has been purchased. The property opened a year ago, is 95 percent leased, and has average rents at $1,500 a month.

Houston-based Camden Property Trust purchased the property, which is appraised at $11.6 million.

The Trust also purchased the 465-unit Belmont community in East Dallas, as reported in July 2012.
