SAN ANTONIO - Terramark Urban Homes has announced several new residential projects, all of which will be near downtown. All of the neighborhoods will feature a series of detached townhome units — each available for sale.

  • Ogden Modern will be located on 0.38 acres at Ogden St. and Myrtle St., near San Antonio College, in the Tobin Hill District. Plans call for 11 townhomes, ranging in size from 1,025 to 1,218 sf, and in price from $160,000 to $180,000.

    Construction is scheduled to start in mid-October. The first homes will make their debut in early 2013.

The firm also has several sites under contract for new projects.

  • At Laurel St. and Lewis St., the firm has land under contract for CityView Modern. Construction is planned to start in early 2013. CityView Modern will feature 12 three-story townhomes that will be priced in the low $200,000s.
     
  • Clay Street Modern will be developed along Cevallos St. in the Southtown Arts District. The development will include townhomes priced from $170,000 to low $200,000s.
     
  • Westfort Villas will be located on a 1.5-acre tract on Broadway near the Pearl Brewery redevelopment. Homes will start in the $200,000s.
     
  • Cherry Street Modern will be developed on 0.5 acres at Cherry St. and Burnett near the Alamo Brewery. The homes will be priced from $150,000 to the mid $160,000s.

Construction on Clay Street Modern and Westfort Villas is set to begin during first quarter 2013.
