CEDAR PARK – The two-story, 416-unit Middle Brook Gardens apartment complex has been acquired at 335 Cypress Creek Rd. by Newton, Mass.-based Northland Investment Corp.
The Class B building totals 321,712 sf. The property includes a fitness center club and putting green.
The building was acquired from Alex Brown Realty Inc.
