FRISCO - Hall Financial Group is speeding up plans to start construction on an eight-story, 200,000-sf office building in its Hall Office Park on the Dallas North Tollway just north of SH 121.
This new building will be the highest quality so far in Hall Office Park and will start out renting at $28 per sf; average comparable rates in that area are $25 per sf.
Expanding and relocating businesses have leased almost 600,000 sf office space in Frisco and West Plano so far this year.
At the end of September, the Frisco and West Plano office market had only about an 8 percent overall vacancy — the lowest of any Dallas area business district and less than half the area-wide vacancy rate.
