SAN ANTONIO - R.L. Worth & Associates closed on the purchase of 17 acres and an existing 41,686-sf building along Farinon Dr. and Silicon Dr., just south of the I-10/DeZavala intersection.
The new master-planned office development, the Farinon Business Park, will be located on the city's Northwest Side. Plans call for 250,000 sf of office space spread over several buildings.
The project is kicking off with a noted tenant already in tow, Kinetic Concepts Inc.
