U.S. Border Patrol property acquired in Cotulla

COTULLA, LA SALLE COUNTY – UIRC-GSA purchased a 23,485-sf property from DLI Cotulla for $4.3 million, or about $183 per sf. The structure is currently occupied by the U.S. Border Patrol-Cotulla Station.

The three-building facility, set on eight acres, includes a vehicle service area, kennel accommodations and a high-security administration/detention building.
