HOUSTON – The Hanover Company has purchased a 1.2-acre site Post Oak Ln. in BLVD Place where it plans to develop a 29-story high rise residential tower.

The 355-unit apartment tower, called Hanover Post Oak, will have apartments available for lease ranging from 650 sf to over 3,000 sf. A resident clubhouse will be located on the eighth floor. Features include a movie theater, fitness center, catering kitchen.

Construction on Hanover Post Oak is set to begin in first quarter 2013, with apartments available by third quarter 2014.
