OAK POINT – A 250-acre master-planned community of 700 to 800 single-family homes is expected to break ground in the next 18 to 24 months off of Shahan Prairie Rd. and FM 720.
The community will be named Timberlake and have home prices from $250,000 to over $300,000.
Crescent Resources LLC and Taylor Duncan Interests Inc. purchased the property.
