DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Cobalt Capital Partners Industrial REIT III has purchased an 845,000-sf DFW industrial portfolio from California-based Prologis. One of the properties is located at 1101 John Burgess Dr. in Fort Worth.
The properties are located in Carrollton, Garland, Grand Prairie, Redbird and North Fort Worth. The portfolio is 96 percent leased to 14 tenants.
The portfolio brings Cobalt Capital’s total property ownership to more than 6.5 million sf in North Texas.
